The factory of Beijing Leader & Harvest Electric Technologies Co. Ltd lies in Changping Yangfang Industrial Area of Beijing. The Beijing Zhongguancun Shangdi Information Industry Base is to the south and highway is in the east. The transportation of the drives is quite easy.
The company pays a great deal of attention to train the staff, and never stop to improve the quality ensurance, technical ability, etc. This laid a good foundation for "ensuring quality and delivering the drive on time".
There are about 240 employees in the factory. The staff have rich manufacturing experience. More than 30% of them have technology study experience in college. The employees on assemble lines are workers having technology skills trained in specially appointed technical schools. The technical managers have rich experiences in medium voltage, power, and communication equipments manufacture.

The factory has an area of 20000 square meters. The workshop building covers an area of 8000 square meters, which is the largest medium voltage drive factory in China. There are several welding lines to fulfill the need of manufacturing printed circuit boards. The power cell assembly line could produce 200 cells per month (correspond to 60 drive systems). High temperature room can be used to lift-test 100 power cells simultaneously under high temperature and load. The system assembly line can be used to produce 50 sets of different types of drives at the same time.The factory also has perfect services to ensure the everyday life of the employees. |
