Meaning of Quality Policy:
— The staffs are the foundation of the enterprise. Only all staff
participate in the construction of the quality system fully and cultivate
a well-trained troop of staff, then their talent and efforts will
be able to bring profits to the enterprise;
— The vitality of the system is in the constant improvement towards
an outstanding international enterprise mode. "Constant innovation",
as a management idea and values of the enterprise, is an indispensable
part in the quality management system activity;
— The effective operation of quality management system is to pursue
superior product quality, which will certainly enable the enterprise
to win the market;
— The essence of the quality system is credibility and sincerity.
And try hard to establish a rapid response mechanism for the market
to strengthen the satisfaction and brand loyalty of customers, thus
bring more benefit to the enterprise.
Quality Objective:
Ratio of qualified products for the first inspection of medium voltage
variable frequency drive systems is greater than 95%
Ratio of qualified products for the first inspection for the finished
products of module power supplies is greater than 98%
MV VFD rate of sales contract performance is 100%
Module power rate of sales contract performance is 95%
Market share of medium voltage variable frequency drive systems is
25%
Computation Methods for Quality Objective:
a. Ratio of qualified products for the first inspection of medium
voltage variable frequency drive systems:
When inspecting every medium voltage variable frequency drive system,
the statistics is made at the “system inspection” working position
in the medium voltage variable frequency drive workshop. Take the
ratio of the quantity of the components satisfying requirements in
every system to the total quantity of the components in every system.
b. Ratio of qualified products for the first inspection for finished
products of module power supplies:
The statistics is made for each batch and each model at the “test
of finished products” section. Take the ratio of the quantity of qualified
products to the total quantity of tested products for the batch.
c. Rate of sales contract performance:
The statistics is made in the Business Department monthly. Take the
ratio of quantity of the contracts performed according to the agreed
contents in the contracts to the total quantity of the contracts for
the month.
d. Market share of medium voltage variable frequency drive systems:
The statistics is made in the Market Management Department yearly.
Take the ratio of the annual sales volume of Leader-Harvest medium
voltage variable frequency drive systems to the total sales volume
of medium voltage variable frequency drive systems in the domestic
market.
Establishing Processes of the Quality System
1. The company established a tentative quality system in 1999.
2. Management appraisal and examination, internal and simulated examination
and approval for the quality system were performed in 2000.
3. Onsite examination and approval for the quality system of the company
was performed during March 7 to 9, 2001 by Beijing New Century Quality
System Certification Center and then passed the ISO9001: 1994 Certification
on April 19.
4. After the first supervisory examination was passed on December
26, 2001, the version change of the quality system (i.e. Version 94
changed to Version 2000) began.
5. Onsite examination and approval for the quality system version
2000 of the company was performed on December 28, 2002 by Beijing
New Century Quality System Certification Center.
6. The files of 2000(A) of the company were rewrote (improved) in
the first half of year 2003 and the improved files of version 2003(B)
have had better compliancy, adaptability and effectiveness.
7. The first supervisory examination for the version 2000B was passed
in August 2003.
8. The second supervisory examination for the version 2000B was passed
in November 2004. |
