of the State Bureau of Machine Building Industry to obtain the
Appraisal and Approval Certificate of New Product and New Technology
granted by the State Economic and Trade Commission. LEADER &
HARVEST relies on the first class technology foundation of a
State Key Laboratory (Tsinghua University) and its experienced
R & D team with the staff of brave fulfillment, continuous
innovation and high quality. They use their wisdom and diligence
to cultivate the high-tech products, and then combine the production
with the need of the market to introduce newer and better products.

LEADER & HARVEST’s production base possesses an experienced
team in production with 120 staff, 30% of which have the college
degree or above. The staff in production line is designed to
be technical workers and the technical management staff is experienced
in the production of medium voltage, electric power and communication
